In our commitment to providing the best service, please note the following:
- Items are visually inspected upon receipt and any notes are recorded on the invoice.
- Stain removal results depend on fabric type, stain nature, and time elapsed — complete removal cannot be guaranteed.
- The laundry is not responsible for pre-existing defects, manufacturing flaws, or damage to unreported accessories.
- Some fabrics may experience slight natural changes (shrinkage or fading) based on their properties.
- Please collect your order within 15 days of the ready date. Storage fees will be charged after this period.
- The invoice must be presented at the time of collection.
Compensation Policy
- If an operational error by the laundry is proven, compensation is capped at a maximum of 3 times the service value.
- Claims are accepted within 2 hours of collection and must be accompanied by the invoice.
